Final Branding Boards.
Began to realise these briefs have become much bigger than I originally intended, so I've separated them into 4 briefs.
Anthony Rimmer - Development
After playing about with it some more, I think i'm going to revert back to the original idea. The contrast between the delicate lines of the logo and boldness of the text is too much.

Anthony Rimmer - Further development.
I still wasn't happy with the Anthony Rimmer Architecture identity, so I've had another go at it.
I've not started a new design, just tried to develop the one I had into something that works better on such a small scale.

AR - Stationary
Ready to print depending on how the crit goes tomorrow. I quite like how it's all come together.
Decided to go for a square theme. I wanted to achieve something that was different.
Still got the packaging for the CD to do. Also going to mock up a really simple website for him to put his portfolio on.

Anthony Rimmer - Final logo.
I think i'm going to stick with this.
I've made it more delicate with less weight on the lines. I've dont it in a way that the outline still stands out by the use of colour.
I need to stop playing around with this now.

Anthony Rimmer - Letterheads.
With new logo.
The 'green' element of it is becoming something that I'm not thinking about as much as I should be.
I like the idea of the design being in black, with just a small element in green to show the sustainability side of it. However, I'm beginning to wonder whether this is enough. I think if it's the only thing in colour it will stand out enough, and he did say he didn't want it to form the direction of the designs.

Anthony Rimmer - New business card layouts.
I wasn't happy with the business card, it just didn't seem to feel finished.
I've taken the new logo and had a go with some new layouts. I like the idea of the back being really simple with just the information, but I wanted to add something to the front.
I think I also might have a look into printing processes, though it has to be cheap for my client.
Stock is something I need to consider more also. He is, after all, meant to be into 'green' design so his business card should reflect this.

The feedback I got for the logo:
"The outer strokes are pretty bold overall, these cold be reduced a little. The type on the business cards in my (and gasi's) opinion isn't that sympathetic to the logo."

Anthony Rimmer - Printed.
Business card, letterhead and compliments slip printed.
I think I am also going to expand this a little further by doing a cd design and possible an envelope and stamp. This is just going to be adapting the designs to different layouts so shouldn't take too long.
