I experimented with the page turn effect in after effects. Though I really like the effect, I couldn't seem to make it work. When having the pages separate, I couldn't seem to get the effect I wanted. The pages weren't aligned when folded, and I didn't want to make them symmetrical as that would lose the hand drawn style I wanted to create. I tried having both pages as one layer, as you can see above, but then it doesn't have that fold in the middle of the page.
Though it would of been nice if I could get this effect to work, I've decided to experiment with 3D space and get the page to rotate around.
