In the crit, Fred suggested that I work on the poster a little more. The sharp corners on the boxes didn't link in with my round logo, and it just made more sense to have it as a large block of blue, like the rest of my designs.
So I've had a little play around, rounding off the edges to see if it made much difference, and using the block of blue to separate the poster into 2. I do like where the blue has been brought down to where the information is, creating a white strip on the bottom. However, it seems to have changed how my text looks. It doesn't stand out as much as it did when there was a smaller amount of blue. I think it still works though. I'm gunna carry on playing around and see what happens.
